Podere Salicutti, nestled in the tranquil southeastern hills of Montalcino, holds the distinction of being the region’s first organically certified estate, now proudly bearing the Respekt-BIODYN seal. Since 1994, its vines have thrived in soil untouched by conventional pesticides, forming the foundation of a biodynamic refuge that celebrates harmony between nature and craft.

Owned by Sabine and Felix Eichbauer—renowned Munich restaurateurs of Tantris fame—Salicutti embodies their vision of a self-sustaining terroir. Here, the estate’s three distinctive crus—Sorgente, Piaggione, and Teatro—are integral chapters of the “Cosmos di Salicutti,” each reflecting the unique dialogue between microclimate, soil, and care.

For Flora Hohmann, Salicutti is a second home and an enduring source of inspiration. As the estate’s Guest Chef, she curates bespoke culinary experiences, pairing her creations with their exceptional wines. From exclusive wine-tasting dinners to gastronomic gatherings, her approach reflects an abiding humility toward nature and a deep reverence for the rhythms of biodynamic practice.
