As an inspired extension of the legendary Tantris Maison Culinaire, Sabine and Felix Eichbauer’s hallmark of haute hospitality, the Tantris Natural Wine Bar brought the vibrancy of low-intervention wines to Munich’s city center—a pop-up tribute to artistry, craft, and conviviality.
Guiding the vision as Head Chef and Manager, Flora Hohmann curated masterclasses and wine tastings in collaboration with Stefan Peter, spotlighting preeminent winemakers and crafting a menu that elevated local ingredients to extraordinary experiences worthy of sensation.
Through meticulous dedication to precision at every stage—ideation, curation, and presentation—every dish on the menu mirrored the ethos of natural winemaking: vibrant, honest, and attuned to its origins. From the delicate sweetness of heirloom vegetables to the robust umami of artisanal cheeses, each bite epitomizes provenance and passion. Envisioned as a fleeting encounter with excellence, the 2014 Tantris Natural Wine Bar transformed its temporal allure into an everlasting celebration of the finest things in life.
