Nestled in the serene Magrè of Alto Adige, this sixth-generation organic winery embodies the timeless rhythms of biodynamic farming. Every harvest and every vine are a celebration of the land’s enduring vitality, blending heritage with innovation in harmony.

Building on this foundation of mindful philosophy, as Executive Head Chef and GM, Flora Hohmann enlivened a farm-to-table vision. Menus reflected the seasons, designing biodynamic products, and crafting experiences that welcomed over 100 guests daily. From delicately harvested flower petals to expertly cured free-range meats, she honored every element, enhancing culinary artistry with sustainable practice.

We believe sustainability is a mindset, rooted in local landscapes and committed to regenerative cycles. In simplicity lies revelation: the burst of a sun-ripened tomato, the allure of an earth-scented truffle, the crisp snap of a freshly picked green bean. It is here that the balancing of restraint and indulgence begins to materialize into wonder. A single ingredient, carefully chosen and prepared.
